The same outreach engine we run for our clients — now hosted for yours.
The Outreach Kit is a six-engine guest-post outreach platform: it finds prospects, crawls their emails, validates them, sends personalised outreach from your Gmail, and even handles full negotiation conversations with AI. Pay monthly or pay-as-you-go. No setup. Export your data anytime — your prospects stay yours.
Pitchbox is $499/mo. Ours is $19.
For seven years I've been running guest-post outreach at scale — first for an agency, then for my own client book. We tested every commercial tool on the market: Pitchbox, BuzzStream, Respona, Ninja Outreach. They all cost $200–500/month, lock your data into their platform, and treat your prospect list like their IP.
So we built the same engine on our own backend. Six purpose-built tools. Each does one thing well. They snap together into a single dashboard. Your data stays yours — exportable anytime. You only pay for what you actually use.
After running it internally for two years and 40,000+ pitches sent, we're opening it up.
- Hosted, no setup. Sign in and start running outreach in minutes.
- Subscription or pay-as-you-go. Pick whichever matches how you actually work.
- Sends from your Gmail. Replies come back to your inbox, not ours.
- Your data, exportable. Download prospects, replies, and reports as CSV anytime.
- Use one engine or all six. No lock-in between engines.
- White-label friendly. Pro plan lets you brand it for clients.
Six engines. One pipeline.
From a single keyword input to a live conversation with an editor — fully automated, all in your Skilled Axis dashboard.
Each engine does one thing — all the way down.
Every plan includes all six. Use one engine or chain them together — your choice. Each works standalone with whatever pipeline you've already got.
Prospect Engine
1 credit per site foundFeed it a single keyword like "health" or "fintech" and it runs nine researched search patterns behind the scenes — "write for us", "guest post", "submission guidelines" and six more. Returns 40–200 deduplicated, in-niche sites per keyword, each with its "write for us" link — how many depends on the depth you pick. Search in German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese or Dutch and it runs eleven translated patterns instead.
A free account runs at Depth 1. Depth 2 opens as soon as you buy credits.

Prospect Engine Ultimate
PremiumThe premium tier of Engine 01. Feed it a keyword and it runs the same nine researched search patterns — "write for us", "guest post", "submission guidelines", "guest author" and five more. You could point twenty or more operators at Google; these nine were chosen after a long stretch of testing, because most of the rest return the same publishers a second time while still costing you a search. You can add your own on top whenever you like. Returns 200–600 unique, in-niche sites per keyword, then scrapes each "write for us" page for turnaround time (TAT), paid vs free, minimum word count, and payment method, wherever it's published. A research-ready shortlist, not just a list of URLs.
Ultimate begins where the Prospect Engine stops — its shallowest setting digs deeper than the other engine's deepest. A paid account is required for all three. Ultimate also generates keywords for you — 10 for 1 credit, 25 for 2.
To use Prospect Engine Ultimate: create an account and buy credits, then open it from My Account → Open my workspace. The deeper searches and keyword generation unlock on the same screen. Already have an account? Open it now.
Intelligent Email Crawler
1 credit per email foundPrefers editorial emails, built for outreach. You paste a prospect's website and it hunts down the real, published contact email — it does not guess or invent addresses the way most crawlers do. It reads up to 18 pages per site (write-for-us, contact, about, team, footer and the raw HTML source) and even recovers emails that sites hide behind Cloudflare, "[at] / [dot]" spelling, or split-up tags. Every address is then ranked: one found on a write-for-us page, or written as editor@, wins over a generic support@ from the footer. Returns up to three genuine email addresses per site with the exact page each was found on. If a site publishes an email and isn't actively blocking crawlers, it finds it.
To use the Email Crawler: create a free account, then open it from My Account → Open my workspace. Already have an account? Open it now.
Email Validator
1 credit per prospect checkedValidates every email you paste — syntax check, real domain + MX lookup, role-based detection, disposable-domain blocklist, and placeholder/junk filtering. Scores each address and tags a deliverability likelihood, then auto-picks the single best per prospect: a "Best for Outreach" pick (editorial intent) and a "Reliable Delivery" pick (highest deliverability). Fast, private, and accurate — your prospect list is never handed to a third-party service. Try a free single-prospect version →

Outreach Engine
0.1 credits per email sentSends a personalised first pitch from your Gmail to every validated email in your list. Three random body variants (looks human), niche-aware opening lines, automatic delay between sends (you set the cadence), full conversation tracking in your dashboard. Because Gmail caps a single account at ~100 emails/day, it keeps you in the safe zone at 30–60 emails a day.
To use the Outreach Engine: create a free account, then open it from My Account → Open my workspace. You connect your own mailbox on that screen, so the emails come from you. Already have an account? Open it now.
Outreach Engine Absolute
Premium · Coming soonFirst Outreach + Follow-ups + Reply Parser + Negotiator + Deal Closer, AI-Powered. The full conversation handler: sends first outreach + automatic follow-ups, reads every incoming reply with AI, sorts it (interested, not interested, price question, general question, out-of-office), drafts contextual replies, negotiates, and closes the deal — the whole thread recorded in your dashboard. Just plug in your own GPT key: for only a few cents of AI per conversation, this premium engine runs your entire reply-to-close pipeline on autopilot — a tiny add-on cost for a system that lands deals while you sleep. Coming soon.
To use Outreach Engine Absolute: create an account and buy credits, then open it from My Account → Open my workspace. Follow-ups, reply reading and negotiation unlock on the same screen. Already have an account? Open it now.
Your competitors search in English. You don't have to.
Nearly every outreach tool looks for "write for us" and stops there — so everyone using them chases the same English-language sites, and editors there open forty identical pitches a week. A German travel blog accepting guest posts has never written those words in its life. It wrote "Gastbeitrag schreiben".
"Gastbeitrag schreiben"
inurl:gastbeitrag
"Gastautoren gesucht"
"écrire pour nous"

"consignes de rédaction"

Running "write for us" through a translator gives you a phrase no German editor ever typed. Each language carries its own real footprints — the words those publishers actually put on their own pages.
A non-English keyword runs eleven native searches instead of the nine English ones — core phrases, URL patterns, page titles, submission guidelines and sponsored-post wording.
Set a keyword to search Google Germany and keep only .de results. Every keyword in the same run can target a different country, language and domain ending.
These publishers are not on the lists every English-language tool produces, so your pitch is not the fortieth that week. The same is true of your backlink profile.
A language without its own pack still searches that country's Google in the standard nine — so nothing is lost by trying one.

Built for you if you're…
- A link-building agency tired of paying $499/mo for Pitchbox per seat
- A solo SEO consultant doing outreach for 3+ clients
- A founder running outreach in-house and burning hours on reply triage
- A VA team needing a reliable hosted pipeline that just works
- An SEO trainer wanting a stack to teach with (white-label on Pro)
- An operator who values data portability — export anything to CSV anytime
Not for you if you're…
- Planning to spam — our engines enforce sane sending rates and editorial-style outreach
- In black-hat SEO — won't help with PBN management, link farms, or comment spam
- Expecting magic results without effort — outreach is still outreach
- Looking for a one-click "generate links" button — none exist that survive Google's next update
- Unwilling to connect your Gmail — sends come from your inbox, not ours
- Looking for enterprise SSO & SOC2 — we're not there yet (talk to us on Pro)
Three steps. From WhatsApp to live.
Self-serve checkout launches Q3 2026. Until then, every customer gets a 1-on-1 onboarding because outreach success depends on early setup choices — Gmail connect, sending cadence, niche templates. Message us via WhatsApp or email below.

Reach out via WhatsApp at +92 343 8087663, email support@skilledaxis.com, or the contact form on this page. Tell us which plan (Free / Starter / Growth / Pro / PAYG pack) and your preferred payment method (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, bank, Wise, PayPal, USDT).
Pay & get dashboard access in under an hour
We send payment details on WhatsApp. Once payment lands, you get a login link to your dashboard, a 15-minute Loom walkthrough of your first prospect search, and a Slack channel for any questions during your first 30 days.
Run your first campaign
Connect your Gmail (OAuth, 2 clicks), drop your first keyword into the dashboard, watch the prospect list build, crawl emails, validate, configure your outreach template, send. We're on Slack/WhatsApp throughout your first 30 days if anything blocks you.
Common questions before buying.
Why isn't there a Stripe checkout yet?
Because outreach success depends on how the first campaign is configured — Gmail connection, sending cadence, niche-specific opener templates. We'd rather have a 15-minute WhatsApp onboarding than a refund request three days in. Self-serve checkout launches Q3 2026 once we've automated the onboarding flow.
What's the difference between subscription and pay-as-you-go?
Subscription: monthly fee, fixed quota each month, lowest per-credit price. Best if you run outreach every month. PAYG: buy credits in packs, no expiry, no monthly commitment. Best if your outreach is project-based or seasonal. Many customers do both — a Starter plan as their baseline plus PAYG top-ups for big pushes.
Will Google ban my Gmail for sending so many emails?
If you respect the limits we set inside the platform (a safe 30–60 sends/day on a free Gmail, more on Workspace), no. The outreach engine throttles automatically and respects Google's per-account quotas. Across our own client work and customer accounts, we've sent 40,000+ pitches across dozens of Gmail accounts without a single suspension — because we don't spam.
Can I use this for clients (white-label)?
Yes, on the Pro plan. Brand the dashboard however you like, give your clients their own sub-accounts, charge them whatever you want. The only thing we ask: don't claim the engines are your own proprietary technology.
What if I cancel mid-month?
You keep using the platform until the end of the billing period. After that, your account stays read-only — you can still export your prospects, replies, and reports as CSV for as long as the account exists. We don't delete data. Reactivate any time at the same plan or a different one.
Can I get a refund if the platform doesn't work for me?
14-day money-back on your first monthly subscription if the platform doesn't perform as advertised. PAYG credits are non-refundable but never expire — keep them for next quarter, next year, whenever. We've had two refund requests in 18 months.
Stop paying $500/month for what should be yours.
Message us on WhatsApp or email below. We'll send payment details, your dashboard goes live within the hour, and you'll be running your first prospect search the same day.
