Intelligent Email Crawler
Prefers editorial emails, built for outreach. This one runs on your own computer, not in the browser.
What it does
You give it a list of websites. It visits each one, reads the pages where contact details usually live — write-for-us, contact, about, team — and brings back the best email address it can find, plus the write-for-us page and the contact form if the site has them.
Everything happens on your computer. Your list is never uploaded to us. That is also why it is a download rather than a page: it borrows your own Chrome or Edge to read sites the way a person would.

About 90 MB, Windows only. It arrives as a ZIP — right-click it and choose Extract All before you use it.
Download the Email CrawlerGoogle will show a screen headed “Google Drive can’t scan this file for viruses.” That appears for every large program on Drive. Click Download anyway.
Start it
Double-click Start Email Crawler. Your browser opens on the crawler’s own page, and a small window appears minimised in the taskbar — that window is the program. Leave it alone; closing it stops the page working.
Paste your websites in, one per line, and press Start crawling. When you have finished, press Quit at the top right of the page — that closes everything properly.
Windows will warn you. That is expected.
The first time you run it, Windows shows a blue box saying “Windows protected your PC” or “Unknown publisher”.
This is not a virus warning. Windows shows it for any program from a publisher it has not seen many times before, and Skilled Axis is a small company rather than Microsoft or Adobe. To get past it:
- Click More info — a small link inside the blue box
- Click Run anyway — the button that then appears
You only ever do this once.
If something goes wrong

| “This page is not connected to the crawler” | The program has been closed. Start it again, then reload the page. |
| “Cannot start — your subscription ended” | Your licence key needs renewing. Message us on WhatsApp. |
| “No credits left” | Top up your credits and run it again. Nothing was charged. |
| Lots of “Unreachable” results | Check your internet connection first, then the addresses in your list. |
| Your antivirus quarantines it | Restore the file and add its folder to your antivirus exclusions. Message us if you would rather not. |
You need an internet connection, and either Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge installed. Edge comes with Windows, so you almost certainly already have it.
