How the engines work.

What does the Prospect Engine Ultimate actually search for?

You give it a niche — tech, fashion, travel. It runs eleven searches around that word, looking for the phrases publishers use when they invite guest posts: write for us, submit a guest post, become a contributor, sponsored post and others. Do not type “write for us” yourself — the engine adds it for you, and typing it twice makes the search worse.

Will it work in my niche?

It works in almost all blogging niches, and in seven languages. What it finds are sites that publicly say they accept guest posts, so a busy niche returns far more than a narrow one. A blog that accepts guest posts but never advertises it will not appear — that is true of every tool of this kind.

Does the Email Crawler upload my list anywhere?

No. It is a program you download and run on your own computer, and the crawling happens there. Your list of websites never reaches our servers. The only thing that leaves your machine is the address check, and only if you tick it.

Can the crawler invent an email address?

No. It returns only addresses actually published on the site, and it reads up to 18 pages per site to find them. If a site publishes nothing, it says so and you are not charged.

Why does the Validator ask for three addresses?

Because it is choosing between them. Give it one and it will tell you whether that address is real and whether mail will arrive. Give it two or three from the same site and it also tells you which one an editor is most likely to read. One address is perfectly fine.

Whose email account does the outreach come from?

Yours. The Outreach Engine sends from your own Gmail, so replies land in your inbox and the relationship is with you. We never send from a shared server.

What does “Absolute” add to the Outreach Engine?

The conversation after the first reply. It reads what the publisher wrote, negotiates over price for up to three rounds within limits you set, accepts anything at or below your price without arguing, and records the terms agreed.

How does the pricing work?

You buy credits and spend them as you go. One credit per site found, one per site an address is found on, one per prospect validated, and 0.2 per outreach email — five emails per credit. Sites with no email, and sites that will not load, cost nothing.

Do I have to use all five engines?

No. Each one works on its own. Plenty of people only ever use the Crawler, or only the Validator. They are built to hand over to each other, not to depend on each other.
