SEO Consulting that moves rankings.
A five-day deep audit and a written ninety-day roadmap that ranks priorities in dollars — not 300-page PDFs nobody reads. Built for founders who want a senior strategist's brain on their site, not a junior's checklist.
Most SEO audits are elaborate theatre.
You've probably had one. A 47-tab spreadsheet, a PDF you skimmed once, and a list of 230 "issues" ranked by what's easy for the agency to flag — not what'll actually move your rankings. That's not what you're getting here.
The audit you've had before
- ✕A PDF dump from Screaming Frog, untriaged
- ✕"Fix 1,400 missing alt tags" listed equally with "rebuild your site architecture"
- ✕Zero prioritisation by effort or revenue impact
- ✕A delivery meeting where they read the PDF to you
- ✕You hand it to your dev team. They ignore it. Nothing changes.
The audit I deliver
- ✓A written strategy doc — 25 pages, every page actionable
- ✓Every fix ranked by effort × revenue impact
- ✓The first five things to do this week, this month, this quarter
- ✓A 60-min walkthrough call where I show my work
- ✓A Loom recording you can forward to your dev team — they'll know what to do
What lands in your inbox.
Every audit covers these six pillars. Each one is researched, prioritised, and tied back to the keywords that actually drive your revenue.
1. Technical SEO audit
Core Web Vitals, crawl errors, indexation, JavaScript rendering, schema markup, hreflang, sitemap hygiene, mobile-first issues, render-blocking resources. Everything that quietly stops Google from understanding your site.
2. Keyword + intent map
The keywords that drive money — not the ones with the biggest search volume. I map every priority term to commercial intent, current rank, ranking gap, and the page that should own it.
3. Content gap analysis
Pulled from Ahrefs and SEMrush against your top three SERP competitors. You'll know exactly which topics they rank for that you don't — and which of those are worth fighting for.
4. Backlink profile audit
Toxic link identification, anchor distribution analysis, competitor backlink gap, and a flagged list of placements worth disavowing if there's a Penguin shadow. Pulled from Ahrefs + Google Search Console.
5. SERP intent mismatch report
The pages where Google's serving a different intent than yours. The reason that "great" page won't rank — and the three options for fixing it (rewrite, redirect, or accept).
6. 90-day prioritised roadmap
The crown jewel. Every fix scored 1–10 on effort and impact, sorted into Week 1, Month 1, Quarter 1. Your dev team gets a backlog. Your CMO gets a forecast. You get clarity.
Five business days. No surprises.
Day 1 · Discovery + crawl
We start with a 60-minute call to understand your business — what drives revenue, who your customers actually are, which keywords have ever brought you a paying user. Then I kick off a deep crawl with Screaming Frog and start pulling competitor data from Ahrefs.
Days 2–3 · Analysis
Two full days of analysis. Technical issues triaged. Backlink profile combed link-by-link. Content gap mapped against your top three SERP competitors. SERP intent checked for every priority keyword. I'm in your Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush throughout — and on Slack if you have questions.
Day 4 · Strategy synthesis
All the findings get distilled into a written strategy document and a prioritised 90-day roadmap. Every recommendation is scored on effort and impact. Every fix is tied to a specific keyword, page, or revenue outcome. Nothing in the doc exists for its own sake.
Day 5 · Walkthrough call
You get the strategy doc, the roadmap spreadsheet, and a 30-minute Loom walking through every recommendation. Then we jump on a 60-minute live call where I answer questions, defend tradeoffs, and help you decide what to tackle first. The Loom you can re-watch or send to your team. The doc is yours forever.
Built for founders who've out-grown checklists.
This audit isn't for someone who needs a Yoast tutorial. It's for founders, in-house marketers, and CMOs who've already done the easy stuff — published the content, fixed the obvious technical issues — and are wondering why rankings still aren't compounding.
If you're spending more than $5k/month on SEO and aren't sure where the money's going, this audit is the cheapest answer you'll ever buy.
- SaaS founders at $30k+ MRR who need their blog to drive signups, not just impressions
- In-house marketers who need expert backup before pitching their CEO on a bigger SEO budget
- DTC operators losing margin to Meta who need organic to step up
- Agency clients who suspect their retainer isn't delivering and want a second opinion
- Companies post-migration whose rankings tanked and nobody can explain why
The roadmap is yours. Implement how you like.
What people ask before booking.
Can I share the audit with my agency or team?
Yes. It's yours. Forward it, print it, send it to four agencies for quotes. I have no ego about who executes — I just want you to have a strategy worth executing on.
What if my site is brand new or has very little traffic?
An audit is most valuable when there's existing data to work with. If you have under 1,000 monthly organic sessions, I'll usually recommend the smaller "strategy session" engagement ($500, 2-hour call) instead — better use of your money.
Do you also fix the issues, or just identify them?
The audit is strategy + roadmap, not execution. For execution, I offer link-building retainers (the highest-leverage piece) and content briefs. On-page and technical fixes are usually faster for your in-house dev team to ship — I'll give them the ticket-ready backlog.
Will my dev team understand the technical recommendations?
Yes. Every technical fix is written for a developer who knows their stack but isn't an SEO. I include code-level guidance where relevant (schema, redirects, hreflang, rendering). The Loom is shareable — most teams watch it once and have everything they need.
What if you find issues that need more than 5 days to investigate?
It happens — usually for sites over 100k pages or with complex JS rendering. I'll flag it on day 2 with a scoped extension quote. You can accept, decline, or get the audit on the standard timeline with that area flagged as "deeper review recommended."
