What we collect,
and why.

1. Who we are

Skilled Axis runs skilledaxis.com and its five engines for guest-post outreach: Prospect Engine Ultimate, the Intelligent Email Crawler, the Email Validator, the Outreach Engine and Outreach Engine Absolute. We are based in Karachi, Pakistan. For any privacy question, email support@skilledaxis.com.

2. When you create an account

If you sign up with email and password, we keep:

• Your name and email address, to identify your account, send you account emails, and tell you about new features, upgrades and offers on our engines and guest-posting services.
• Your phone number, to contact you by phone, SMS or WhatsApp about your account, new features, upgrades and offers. One phone number can hold one account.
• Your password, scrambled. We store a one-way scrambled version (a "hash"), never the password itself. Nobody at Skilled Axis can read it.

If you sign up with Google, Google tells us your name, email address and a Google account number. That's all. We never see your Google password, and we get no access to your Gmail, Drive or anything else in your Google account.

To stop people farming free credits, we also record:

• A device code. Your browser's type, language, screen size, time zone and a small drawing test are turned into a code. It isn't your name and isn't readable on its own. We use it only to count how many accounts are made from one device. The limit is 3.
• Your IP address and browser name when you sign up or sign in, kept as a security log.

Staying signed in: when you sign in, a sign-in code is saved in your own browser so you don't have to sign in on every page. We don't use advertising cookies.

3. Credits and payments

• We keep your credit balance, your top-ups (amount, package, date) and a usage history: which engine you ran, when, and how many credits it used. That's how your balance and receipts are worked out.
• You pay by JazzCash or EasyPaisa and send us the payment screenshot on WhatsApp. We use the screenshot only to check the payment and add your credits.
• We never ask for or store card numbers, wallet PINs or bank passwords.

4. What each engine does with your data

Prospect Engine Ultimate

• We keep the keywords and settings you enter.
• To find blogs, we run Google searches through a search service (Serper) and read the public pages of the sites found. Some of that reading is done by AI (OpenAI).
• The results are saved in your account. They include the site address and details the site publishes itself, such as contact emails, editor names, writing guidelines and LinkedIn pages.
• Shared search memory: website addresses that searches find are kept in a shared memory, so later searches with the same settings are faster and cheaper for every customer. It stores the sites and the search settings, not who searched.
• If you give us a Google Sheet link of sites you already have, the sheet must be shared as "anyone with the link can view". We read it only to skip those sites.
• The keyword idea generator sends the topic you type to AI (OpenAI) to suggest search ideas.

Intelligent Email Crawler (desktop app)

• It runs on your own computer. The websites you crawl and the emails it finds stay on your computer.
• It contacts our server with your licence key to check your account.
• Only if you tick the address-check option, the single best email found for each site is sent to our server to be checked by the Email Validator, and the credits are charged.
• The app is downloaded from Google Drive.

Email Validator

• The addresses you paste (or that the Crawler sends) are checked on our server using public internet lookups (Google and Cloudflare public DNS). We don't send any email to the address to test it.
• The results are saved in your account history.
• Free checks on the Tools page need no account. To allow 5 free checks per visitor per day, we keep a scrambled version of your IP address, not the address itself.

Outreach Engine and Outreach Engine Absolute

• Your emails are sent from your own mailbox, never from ours.
• If you add your mailbox on our website, its address and app password are stored encrypted on our server, so only the engine can use them.
• The engine reads replies in that mailbox only to follow up on your outreach threads. Replies may be read by AI (OpenAI) to understand answers and prices.
• We keep your prospects, templates and a log of messages sent and received for your campaigns.
• If you use the Outreach desktop app, emails are sent from your own computer, and the app contacts our server to check your account and record credits used.

Site Overlap Checker (free)

It opens on our website, but the comparison is done inside your own web browser. The lists you paste are never sent to our server, and we never see them.

5. Information about website owners and editors

Our engines collect business contact details that websites publish themselves, such as a "write for us" email or an editor's name. If you're a site owner or editor and want your details removed from our results, email support@skilledaxis.com and we'll remove them.

6. Emails and messages we send you

Account messages: confirming your email address, password reset links, and a security notice when your password changes. These are needed to run your account.

Offers and updates: we may email, message or call you about new engines, upgrades, offers and guest-posting promotions. You can stop these at any time: reply "STOP" to any message, or email support@skilledaxis.com, and we'll stop. You'll still get the account messages above.

7. Services that help us run Skilled Axis

We don't sell or rent your data to anyone. These services handle parts of it only to run the site for us:

• Supabase: our database (accounts, credits, engine results).
• Render: the servers that run the engines.
• Netlify: hosts this website.
• Brevo: delivers our account emails.
• Zoho Mail: our support mailbox.
• Google: Google sign-in, Google Sheets reading (when you give a link), public DNS lookups, website fonts, and the Crawler download (Google Drive).
• Cloudflare: public DNS lookups for the Email Validator.
• Serper: Google search results for the Prospect Engine.
• OpenAI: AI reading for the Prospect Engine, keyword ideas and Outreach replies.
• WhatsApp: payment screenshots you send us, and messages we send you.
• YouTube: our tutorial videos open on YouTube.

Some of these services store data on servers outside Pakistan.

8. How long we keep it

• We keep your account, credits, payment records and engine results for as long as your account exists.
• We don't offer account deletion. You can stop using your account at any time, and you can stop our offers and updates at any time (see section 6).
• The scrambled IP used for free Validator checks is only used to count that day's checks.

9. How we protect it

• Everything travels over secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS).
• Passwords are scrambled, and mailbox passwords are encrypted.
• Email links (confirm and reset) work only once and expire. A password reset signs you out everywhere else.
• Engine data is only reachable through your own signed-in account or your licence key.

10. Your choices

• See or correct your details: your account page shows them, and we'll correct anything you ask us to.
• Download your results as CSV files wherever an engine offers it.
• Stop offers and updates: reply "STOP" to any message, or email support@skilledaxis.com.

11. Children

Skilled Axis is a business tool and is not meant for anyone under 16.

12. Our other apps

This policy covers skilledaxis.com and its five engines. Apps shown under Apps are separate products. Kharch Manager has its own privacy policy.

13. Changes to this policy

When we change what we collect or how an engine works, we update this page and the date at the top.
