What it does

Finding guest-post sites by hand means typing the same searches over and over: “write for us” travel, then “submit a guest post” travel, then a dozen more, and reading past the results you have already seen. It is an afternoon of work for one niche.

The Prospect Engine Ultimate does that for you. You type the niche once.

How it searches

For every keyword you give it, the engine builds eleven separate searches, each looking for a different phrase publishers use when they are open to contributors:

• write for us — the phrase most publishers use
• submit a guest post, submit guest article, guest article
• contribute, guest contributor, become an author
• sponsored post, paid guest post, advertise with us — for sites that charge
• collaborative post

Type only the niche

This matters and it is the mistake we see most. The engine adds those phrases itself. Typing “write for us + sports” makes it search for the phrase twice over, which returns fewer and worse results, not more.

Type sports. Nothing else.

Seven languages

The same eleven searches exist in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Dutch, with the phrases translated the way publishers in those countries actually write them — not run through a translator. You can also restrict results to a country, or to a domain ending such as .de or .co.uk.

How many sites you get

Between 40 and 600 unique sites per keyword, depending on the depth you choose. Deeper settings go further into the results and cost more credits, because each site found is charged.

At the deeper settings the engine can also open each write-for-us page and read what it says:

• Whether they charge, and how much
• Turnaround time
• Minimum word count
• Payment method
• Whether the link is dofollow

Bring your own sites

If you already have a list, you can paste it in or upload a CSV. Adding sites is free — nobody searched for them — and they then work exactly like sites the engine found.

What it costs

1 credit per site found. Reading a write-for-us page for its details costs extra, and the exact figure is shown on screen before you run anything.

What it will not do

It finds sites that publicly say they accept guest posts. A blog that accepts them but never advertises it will not appear, and no tool of this kind can find those. Busy niches return far more than narrow ones — gaming and SaaS will fill a list quickly; a very specific niche will not.
