The core app currently collects no personal data on our servers. The information you enter — expenses, income, ledgers (Home, Self, Work, Udhaar, Kamaiti, Qist), notes, dates, party names, installment plans, optional photos, and app settings — is created and kept entirely on your own device in its current version.
We may collect anonymous, non-personal analytics to understand how the app is used — for example, which sections are opened most, how often the app is launched, and which app version is running. This data contains no names, no phone numbers, no financial entries, and no device identifiers that can identify you personally. It is used solely to improve the app.
We may publish anonymised, aggregate statistics about app usage — for example, the total number of active users, which features are used most, or general patterns such as "X% of users track Udhaar daily." These statistics contain no information that can identify any individual user. They may be shared in marketing materials, press coverage, or with potential advertising partners to demonstrate the app's reach.
If you choose to create a Kharch ID or enable cloud backup in a future version, we will collect the information you voluntarily provide at that time — such as a phone number for verification — only to deliver that service. This is always optional. The app continues to work fully without it.
All your financial data is currently saved in your device's local storage. It does not leave your phone unless you choose to export or share it.
A future version may offer optional cloud backup. If you enable it, your data will be stored on secure third-party servers (such as Supabase). You will be informed clearly before any data leaves your device, and you can opt out at any time. Cloud backup will always be an opt-in feature, never automatic.
May be introduced as a free or premium optional feature. Requires voluntary sign-up. Your data is only uploaded if you actively enable it.
We may offer optional reminders — for example, Udhaar due dates or monthly summaries. Your device will ask your permission before any notification is sent. You can disable notifications at any time from your device settings.
The core App is currently free. The developer reserves the right — at any time and at their sole discretion — to introduce a premium tier with additional or extended features for a subscription or one-time fee. Examples of features that may become free-limited or premium-only include — but are not limited to — cloud backup, photo proof storage in Udhaar (a free limit on total stored photos may apply), unlimited ledger entries, advanced reports, and an ad-free experience.
The developer also reserves the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue any existing free feature with reasonable prior notice. Any changes of this nature will be communicated through an in-app notice or update release notes before they take effect. Users who joined before a premium launch will be informed in advance.
We may offer a referral system where users who invite others can earn premium benefits. Participation is always voluntary.
ADNAN's Skilled AXIS retains full ownership of and authority over Kharch Manager and all its features. The developer may add new features, remove existing features, change how features work, introduce charges for previously free features, or discontinue the app entirely. In all significant cases, users will receive reasonable advance notice through in-app messaging or update notes.
Each permission is requested only when you first use that feature. You may decline any permission and the rest of the app will continue to work. Future versions may request additional permissions — each will be explained clearly when requested.
The app works fully offline for everyday use. Some optional features connect to trusted external services. When they do, your device shares standard technical information (such as your IP address) with them as part of any internet request. We do not send them your financial data.
This list will be updated as new services are integrated. We do not control third-party data practices — please refer to their respective privacy policies.
Kharch Manager currently displays no advertisements.
However, the developer reserves the right to introduce advertising at any time — whether in this current version or in a future version — to support ongoing development and to help keep the app affordable — the core app may remain free, or certain features may be offered as paid options, as the developer decides over time. Advertising may be delivered through one or more third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob, InMobi, Taboola, or others), direct brand sponsorships, or locally arranged promotional placements from Pakistani businesses or financial services. Because your financial data currently stays on your device, its security depends largely on your own device protection (screen lock, device encryption). The app also offers an optional password / biometric lock for an extra layer of protection.
The app is served over encrypted HTTPS. If cloud features are added in future, data will be transmitted over encrypted connections and stored securely on protected servers.
Please keep your own backups. We cannot recover data lost if your device is lost, reset, or damaged, because we do not currently hold a copy of your data.

Kharch Manager is a general-purpose finance tool intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a future optional service, please contact us at support@skilledaxis.com and we will delete it promptly.
As Kharch Manager grows and new features are added, this policy will be updated to reflect those changes. The Effective date at the top always shows the latest version. The developer reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
For significant changes — such as the introduction of advertising, cloud services, or a paid tier — we will notify users through an in-app notice or update release notes before the change takes effect. Continued use of the app after a policy update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

The App is a personal expense and finance tracker. It is provided to help you record and organise your own finances. It is a record-keeping tool only and does not provide financial, accounting, tax, investment, or legal advice.

The App, its design, code, name "Kharch Manager", brand "ADNAN's Skilled AXIS", and all associated logos and content are the exclusive property of ADNAN's Skilled AXIS. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your own personal or business record-keeping only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, decompile, or create derivative works from the App without express written permission from the developer.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation. The developer does not guarantee that the App will always be available, free of errors, or free from interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADNAN's Skilled AXIS shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the App, including any financial decisions you make based on it. Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
We may revise these Terms at any time as the App evolves. The latest version is always available on this page. The effective date at the top reflects when it was last updated. Continued use of the App after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
